The Sustainable Development Goals at work, a complete introduction
A half-day training workshop to understand the value of the SDGs and the importance of sustainable practices at work. Each workshop delivers an overview of best success stories and efficient tools to be implemented in managerial desicions.
The Positive Leadership
A half-day workshop to identify inner positive emotions to enhance the leadership skills of the employees. Positive leaders create a supportive environment through communication, accountability, emotional intelligence, motivation and an work ethic.
A 1.5 hour class where employees will be prepared according to their volunteering theme. This class aims to improve employee morale, introduce the meaning of impact and promote teamwork, problem solving and leadership. This class is in partnership with experts from a Peruvian NGO.
